CARE
Every piece of DAWN & DAISY jewellery is carefully handmade, using traditional silversmith techniques and craftsmanship and an immense amount of love. Even though I assure of quality and durability of my handcrafted pieces, they are still delicate pieces of jewellery that need to be treated with care. Avoid any major knocks or extended pressure and always store your pieces away in a jewelry pouch or a box.

SHIPPING
Shipping is $10 in Australia for orders under AUD$150.
Free shipping in Australia for orders AUD$150 and over.
International shipping is AUD$25 flat rate.
Please note that the shipping prices does not include any taxation or customs charge you may be liable for on your package entry into your country. Please refer to your countries government website for suitable information concerning custom charges.
Every piece is made by hand in Aurora's studio. Expect 1 to 3 weeks for your order to be made and shipped. Due to Covid-19, I am unable to predict the duration of shipping for any given country.
 
POLICIES 
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Each DAWN & DAISY pieces are singularly handmade and will show slight variations. Just like you, they are unique; embrace it!
Due to the handmade and made to order nature of DAWN & DAISY pieces, I do not offer returns for a change of mind.
Resizing of rings can be done on certain items only, contact me for details on any particular items, and note that Gold Vermeil pieces cannot be resized. Some rings resize may occur a fee.
Exchange for a piece deemed faulty has to be done within 14 days of reception of the item. Exchange will incur postage fees.
DAWN & DAISY does not take responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit, assure that the item is securely and carefully packaged when sending back an item.
If manufacturing originated breakage occurs within the first 6 months of purchase, repairs will be done at no cost. This will however incur a postage fee.
Manufacturing fault does not include wear and tear, broken chains, bent rings, chipped settings, missing or cracked stones, scratches or tarnish.
Fading of Gold Vermeil is covered within the first 6 months of purchase. Simply send me an email with pictures of the item along with proof of purchase and I will advise on procedures to follow.
